What We Offer
CNC Mill Machining
Coyote Cutters specializes in 5th axis machining up to a 30-inch cube in size. In addition, our robots can load your parts into a mill automatically, reducing, cost, human error, and lead times. Our flat mill sizes range up to a 32 X 60 inch platform with 15,000 RPM and 4000 LBS on the table.
CNC Turning
About 50% of the jobs the shop accepts begin with a round housing with exacting tolerances, bearing diameters, undercuts, and all types of materials from aluminum to Invar to Inconel. When possible heat-treated materials like 17-4 SS are hard turned to reduce multiple steps down the road and improve quality and lead. Parts may be turned up to 500 LBS in weight.
Inspection
Coyote offers a full range of CNC inspections beginning with Zeiss equipment. Articulating heads allow full 5th axis movement in the inspection process. In flight inspection the shop is accustomed to “Every dimension on every part type inspection”. Records retention is up to 5 years or in accordance with customer requests. Documentation is normally provided in an AS9100D format.
Inspectors are Zeiss factory trained and have documented college proof of GD&T practices.
Custom Prototypes
At Coyote Cutters, we manufacture custom prototypes from your design for any number of applications. This may include assembly fixtures, tooling, medical devices, working models, or short run machined parts.

Types of CNC-Turning
Turning is a big thing for us. We do it well. Normal materials may include: aluminum, copper, brass, stainless, Monel, Invar, Inconel, Delrin, and acrylic. We can go up to 15 inches in diameter on a CNC lathe. Our senior lathe programmer has over 30 years in the trade.
